Do dogs not 'work' in apartments?
I know dogs and apartments were introduced in two different expansions, but.... Do dogs just not work in apartments? I mean, I can see why this might be a problem realistically too. What I am getti...

@NRowe My Sims often have dogs in apartments...
It requires a little more work because your Sim needs to take the dog out for a walk. When Sim and dog reach down the street you can interrupt the walk, release the dog from the leash and ask the dog to do what it is supposed to. The mission is complete.
On second thought, it's actually quite realistic :)
