Do i stick with the new layout or keep the old layout?

And from the new layout I would get rid of orange and I would do blue as a divider or a half wall. I like the column so I would keep that but I would choose a regular column.
Thank you for your suggestions. I played with the new layout for an hour last night but i still wasn't feeling it. I changed up some furniture and while it was an improvement, i still couldn't see my sim self living in the new layout. Something was missing from my build that i couldn't put a finger on.
I may still tinker with the first layout as i would still really like a fourth bedroom.
