I've tinkered around with the kitchen space and bought it forward a bit more so i can fit in a fourth bedroom, it seems to look ok but is the kitchen too cramped now?

I had another thought about the fourth bedroom addition. Make it a basement room. We have a fully-finished bathroom in the house we're (hubby and I) are currently living. There is a nice 'family room' with a wet bar behind it, a room where the stairs dump you in, to the right where we had a pool table at one time. As you turn left from the stairs, you're looking into what we call the family room or informal living room. There is a short hall on the left at the back end of this room. A closet, a three-quarter bath, and a bedroom. It's very nice.
I think the kitchen is on the cramped size. Trust me, I know a tiny kitchen when I see one. Our house prior to this one, somebody dubbed a two-butt kitchen. :open_mouth: If I were to build it in-game you would only have the width of a kitchen counter's worth of floor, between the stove and the sink. Horseshoe shape notwithstanding. I had it on my agenda to have a larger kitchen, more like my first house, this go-around. Silly me, I settled. The rest of the house was just too wonderful. The size? Two counter's worth of flooring, or maybe a bit more. Still a horseshoe, and almost a three-point placement between the refrigerator, the sink and the stove. (Yeah, I took Design in school.) Gotta have that work-triangle.
