Do i stick with the new layout or keep the old layout?

I think the original layout is closer to the show image but the new one seems more accurate to the virtual tour. The house really does have very narrow corridors and that L-shape living/dining area. Problem is like a lot of real life recreations it doesn't always look right when made in the game as I've often discovered and can look dark or boxed in. I would save off the new version or maybe just save the rooms so you can put them in another house later.
