Do neighbors have babies on their own?
Silly questions, and sorry if it's been asked before. I am wondering if the neighbors hook up, get married and have kids? I am hoping this neighborhood keeps up on it's own without too much interven...

You don't actually have to go around playing all those families you know. I actually have fun matchmaking sims and joining different families in neighbourhood view. Then giving them babies in CAS then letting them live their lives. I actually do this so my sim kids will have friends to grow with. I make my story progression happen.
And recently I got a mod that is helping it along so well but can't mention the mod here I think.
