Do neighbors have babies on their own?

Rip me lol I have my second generation and they have 4 kids for the 3rd gen but all the sims are old sooo here comes a lot if time for me to get sims from gallery and cas ;-; and maybe make the old people have kids

I wanted to know the answer to this too, and I'm bummed to hear that there isn't automatic story progression. Do the Sims 4 creators have a specific reason for leaving this out? It obviously makes the game far more realistic.

I just visit them, make them pregnant and then just make their houses no playable again in household management (provided I don't want them in my rotationplay). If I want to control the sex I stick around and boss the ladies around and choose their music selection and their eating habits.

Get MC Commander mod, it’s brilliant! And it’s what your looking for :blush: also, you get to change many thing with this one mod, slow down time, choose how long your life span is. ect...
