Do NPC celebrate holiday days?
This is such a silly question, but It's important for me. Does somebody know if NPC's celebrate traditions too? I mean, today it was love day and my date gave me a gift but I didn't see any other sim...

Ok guys, I've just tested a lot of situations (new save with no mods, old save with no mods...) and It seems that one of my mods is affecting the holiday celebration for NPC's.
I'm gonna start the testing but I actually think the problem is MCCC.
EDIT: As I suspected, the problem was MCCC since it controls the way that NPC's spawns in a place which means that actually controls what a sim does in a lot too.
