Do NPC celebrate holiday days?

Ok, I made everything work xD
But the other sims almost do nothing related to some traditions (like Party Spirit) :/

Sadly I didn't have a Holiday yet, I have MCCC the newest update from today but I am not able to play right now. I will report at a later time if other Sims do participate in the Holidays! I sure hope so, as that makes the world seem more alive!!!

Well, I've been playing for a while and I have to say that I love most of the traditions... but I was expecting the battle royale thing but when it arrived, only my sims was fighting. u.u

I hope they fix this because it takes you out of the experience.

Yes I've seen them give New Years Eve kisses to each other in a bar with a tv showing the countdown.
