Do roommates count toward 8-person limit?
I don’t have University yet and was wondering whether or not they count toward the 8-person household limit even though you’re not controlling them. I couldn’t find the answer online.

- i'd imagine the lot is probably limited to 8 sims like any other.
- I don't have it either but read somewhere the limit was increased to 10 since the introduction of roommates. Can someone confirm this?
- I am pretty sure my sim had more then 7 roommates.
- From what I understood is that the total, if roommates are involved, is 10. Still only 8 played Sims but they can have 2 NPC roomies.
Or 7 played, 3 roommates, etc. - From what I've read (I don't have it yet either, I just do a lot of reading up on this stuff so that when I do get it, I'm ready) dorms have a maximum of 10 sims, up to 8 of which can be in your household. They're also limited by the number of beds available, so if you only have six beds, you can only have six sims total.

Was about to write this lol. Tried to force it and added someone to the family and instantly got a notice from 5 of the roommates that I had "way too many" roommates and they were going to move, if no one else did.- Okay, thanks you guys.
