Do sick sims actually die? [CLOSED DISCUSSION]

I’ve heard a lot that if you let your sim stay sick, they may die from illness. I’ve never actually seen this happen, which has me wondering if I have been given correct information. Does this actuall...

Illness from GTW? Not that I know of, my sims get sick from time to time and honestly I’m too lazy to waste my time going on the computer to buy medicine for them. Or make some tea, so I just let it be even if they do get a moodlet and get skin marks. None of my sims ever died though this way.
