Well, thanks for letting me know. No sense getting excited for half-hearted content and insufficient bug fixes.

Honestly that's pretty harsh if not overly dramatic to say over an animation that you wanted that came with city living and is also a hidden skill at that. :/

It's literally free content. Can like it or just not have any use for it is fine if it's not your cup of tea but to say they could do something right due to an animation is well it's just a pretty awful thing to say.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if they just stopped doing free things all together at one point or another.

Fun fact not all dumplings are even eaten with chopsticks. Soup ones are recommended to use a spoon. Not to mention they're meant to be eaten in one bite for those that can't use chopsticks they can eat them with their hands. Its not that uncommon.

Well chopsticks are an exclusive feature to CL and I like it that way. I don't know wether or not it would be possible to make it so that *if* you have CL sims would then eat them with chopsticks.

Technically they could patch all EP's into the game and not only we'd all be mad we spent our money to get them EA wouldn't make any money off of them anymore or future content at that if they were to just patch everything. Not very good logic you have there. The chopsticks are part of the City Living DLC if you want them buy the EP.

Major bugs still not fixed, GTW still has plenty broken, nothing worth a look for me this patch, meh. Don't mind the animation choice for dumplings tbh.

I am very disappointed with the bug fixes.....I mean disappointed there wasn't more. There are bugs now dating over 3 years in the game and nothing has been done about them.

Not everyone sits on a toilet the same either and there is no such thing as a cowplant, but I appreciate the developers adding in some more cultural aspects. I wish people were just grateful for the free content they receive and be thankful they are including more diversity.

It was a birthday gift!? I didn't even realise lol. Cause they released another cultural patch before. i thought it was just something like that.

Yeah, I think so. It was the content we got in celebration of the 19th and in honor of Lunar New Year.

If we want to be all nitpicky about it, the dumplings in the game actually look more like potsticker dumplings which are actually pan-fried and have no liquid in them, and depending on how they're cooked, would usually be eaten with either chopsticks, spoons, forks, or you know, fingers, but people who eat it with fingers run the risk of burning themselves on said dumplings, which are meant to be eaten fresh out of whatever they were cooked in.

While I feel rather indifferent about patching in chopsticks it's not just about the utensil and animations. The chopsticks in CL also come with a hidden skill and a trait.
