Do the cats interact with the mice that are in the apartments?

At this point I'm mostly certain it's a hidden trait, like when they're obsessed with toilets or afraid of computers. On a side note, I gave one of my cats catnip(nuzzle or regular I don't remember which) and they went to the mouse hole and tried to catch the mouse.

At this point I think that the CL mouseholes don't work with cats at all.

I once put a mouse hole in one of my Sims' houses. I removed it because it kept making the Sim tense but the cats definitely interacted with the mice before I removed it.

There’s mouse holes in buy mode! Can you please share where? This is kind of exciting :o

Glad I'm not the only one who somehow didn't hear about them. I'm excited too. It would be neat if the cats go after them, but they are also a nice item for realism in the game.
