Do the early buyers rewards influence if or when you buy a pack?

Ever since cottage living EA gives a reward for anyone who buys the pack early on (within a month or so). The upcoming horse ranch EP is the fourth pack to follow this strategy. https://dotesports.com...

It doesn't matter if I like the bonus content or not. I always have to wait for a sale for expansions because I am on a very tight budget.

(But the "bonus" for that is that usually the worst bugs are all fixed by the time I am able to buy it).
