The forums are good *because* they're organized by topic, so they're east to browse-- much more so than Twitter.
As for there being 'too much'... maybe somewhere with an up-vote system would be most helpful since simmers could up-vote comments and issues they care about and have those be the ones delivered to the sims. Kinda like here, but with an easier way to know which posts are on top--like reddit.
