Do the kids available for adoption randomize?
Do the kids available for adoption randomize at all? Or are new ones created only as the ones available age up?

I think that the moment you open the adoption menu, the game generates random babies, toddlers and kids. I think they do eventually get "adopted" since I saw these same kids in townie families. This may have changed since I did this forever ago. Not too sure on all this though.
