Agreed. Open world seems great in theory, but I am quite happy that it is not. I like that I can play the game without it being horribly slow and without many issues.
But TS4 is suffering being horribly slow and having many issues for others. And it doesn't have open world. I see everyday where someone is complaining of lag. Or horrible AI where their Sim isn't responding to the commands and too slow to move, that is lag, too.
