Do Vampires Visit Other Neighborhoods Autonomously?

I've found that you can actually see vampires often, especially at night? I had my vampire befriend Vlad and he invited me out to a club in honor of receiving a promotion. While there, I saw at least two vampires (not including my sim and Vlad) and even had my one sim spar with her. I think they can show up but perhaps the likelihood of seeing them is lower during the day? :smile: Hope I could help some!
