Its because you interacted with vampires, more spawned because you showed interest. Its a very nice system. The more often you go to FH the more vamps youll see too
You are prolly right. I'd test it in another game file except I'm obsessively playing my vampire file at the moment :D I will test it thoroughly before I download it to my desktop tho.
