I purchased the Grange Mudroom kit today using Peacemaker's code just to give them a little extra appreciation. Then I decided to do some experimenting. I'd seen that Peacemaker has a similar CC mudroom, so I downloaded that too. I wanted to see if the kit and the set could be used as a mix and match. The two sets have some closely matching swatches, but not all the colors are exact. I didn't try mixing complementary or contrasting colors yet. That could be interesting. The Grange kit has a more polished look while the CC set is a little more rustic, but textures are close. I do prefer the Grange kit although the CC has a few nice items too. I'm always happy to find loveseats and plants that can fit in limited spaces. I like the hallway table and the picture shelf too.

Having more make-up is great because I like having a lot of options to choose from. Ms. Chen who runs the summer camp in my game for kids finally has a proper entryway. Plus, she has more room to put things she needs.

Here's my take on this kit, it's not a mudroom, but an entryway. I like the green color swatch the best. I thought the bench would fit best in the kitchen for the cozy autumn vibes, sims can sit and read while the bread is baking. 😁 As for the make-up kit, I like it, it looks nice in game. This is the sim with no make-up, just the big eyelashes on.And here she is with make-up, both glam and also barely there everyday look.

I really hope there's more objects in the actual Grange Mudroom Kit. Also, why isn't there new types of eyelashes in the Essential Glam Kit?

I tried to pre order the Essential Glam kit and Grange mud room kit but I am unable to find them on the EA app. Anyone know why?

The kits are unable to be pre ordered. When they are released, then they will be on the EA app to buy.

When is the release date? I thought it was Thursday the 21st this week but thesims on Twitter said later this month. If that's the case it would be Next Thursday.

I really could’ve used the mudroom kit back when I built that Sims house with the awkward hallway between the kitchen/dining room and the living room. Instead, my poor Sims just tracked puddles and dust bunnies through it like it was their full-time job.

You can place a Shoes off sign or rack in your lots so sims take their shoes off when entering the house. I don't think the mudroom kit actually helps with that.
