Do We Have to Wait For a Specific Time Today to Download For Rent?

This may sound like an unintelligent question, but I just checked on my order and it is listed as completed. Then I opened up EA App. I checked under packs, which it states I own, but that it has to be downloaded. I went to the Game Hub to find the Add-ons, and nowhere could I find this new EP to even begin to download. What did I miss?
