Ok, then let’s please just stick with specific facts and address the issue of taking so long and still missing content (for many simmers), etc, that is related to the OP instead of arguing about abstract opinions like this.
I think it’s fine for simmers to say they feel it’s the best iteration for them personally, and that’s fine. (And some Simmers started playing Sims in later games like Sims 3 or even Sims 4.)
If I liked a game, then I would obviously want it to last longer. That’s fine, and I don’t think we should be feeling bad for liking a game.
