I have to consider that this game unlike the others is on a new platform, it has taken more time and I am tired of having to start over buying a whole new game when I had just really started getting into the version I was playing. My deepest wish would be for a complete version of all the best of The Sims, the most tech updated of all our favorite things in the sims, not cartoonist appearances, with multitasking, emotion, scuba diving, houseboats, seasons, pets, universities, vacations, family life, generations, ambitions, careers, home business, magic and vampires for those who want them (I don't but I want you to have what you want), new worlds, open neighborhoods, cars, the best of life cycles for every stage including babies and elders and all in-between, gardening skills, farm animals and the best of all building stuff and the ability to create with textures and patterns, hairstylist and home designing business and daycare business, ability to socialize the sims easier at different life stages, great hair and the best of CAS!
Do I ask for too much? Of course not, my hard earned dollars and yours has help to develop this game with our collective funding, we should have a voice and if there is even a slight chance that we will be heard it is worth the contribution, and I remember when EA and Maxis did listen when suggestions were made when the Sims 1 was out.
So EA here is the optimistic suggestion that the last The Sims Version be the very best of them all, what ever version that may be, in the meantime (because you stepped up with the toddlers) I plan to enjoy the journey and hope for the destination that I hope for.
And hey, look at it this way, we all are getting older and we have the potential of having the most fun of any generation so far in our elder years when our mobility is limited by living vicariously through our beloved sims. Zoom Zoom
I could easily see myself playing Sims 4 for quite some time after the game ends -- maybe even play around with CC a bit (not so much CAS CC but objects like the canning station and candlemaker). At the same time, I look forward to what a new version of The Sims would bring to the table, learning from past mistakes, taking the best of previous iterations and adding a new spin on old favorites.
