Do you buy packs regardless if your playing S4 or want its content?

I only buy packs I KNOW I will love. I've bought all the expansions, and I plan on having all the stuff packs, seeing I always want more 'stuff', but i tend to think more about Game Packs. I do not own Outdoor Retreat or Jungle Adventure, and I have no plans to ever own Strangerville either. I would rather save to buy the next expansion, stuff pack or Game Pack that catches my eye. I utilise everything i buy in game, but some concepts just do not interest me at all.

And I play at least twice a week too!
