Do you buy packs regardless if your playing S4 or want its content?

I think there should have been an option for “other”.
I buy what I want/like although for ts4 I’ve wanted everything released. In ts3 I’ve waited for sales on a couple of stuff packs and store items. I was playing OW when I bought strangerville. I usually buy when the game is released. :)
