Especially when I spend hours just to create them the way they are! It's honestly infuriating to see them wear completely different styles!

And there's absolutely NO WAY of editing this! I've tried going into CAS and it's nowhere to be found! He just goes back to wearing the outfit I made for him... but when I leave CAS, there he is... wearing the stupid hat!

I swear, I have NEVER witnessed The Sims be as glitchy or buggy as this expansion pack has been! And it's disappointing... because I really enjoy Seasons. However, these bugs are irritating! I've been trying to tolerate some of them (since there are worst ones that actually need fixing), but still... for once, I'd like to play The Sims without all these bugs!

This just proves my point about how we shouldn't be hopeful that these bugs will be fixed at all... just don't get your hopes up too high! At this point, I can honestly see Sims 4 turning into Sims 3... with so many bugs left unfixed to the point where the game will become unplayable, despite being enjoyable.
I agree with your side note. The placing of wallpaper in build mode is still lagging and it is very annoying. It doesn't happen with any other object placement as far as I've noticed, only the wallpaper. Fingers crossed for a new patch.
