No, not really. I have a dark sense of humor and like a little (and sometimes a lot) of drama.
A thing I felt bad about the other day wasn't even something my own sim did, just something he witnessed. He was invited to a lampoon party and I saw the guest of honor was a child. I thought "That's pretty low, all these adults picking on a little kid!" then one by one they started dying, including the little kid . About 7 or 8 sims dropped one after the other and I had no idea what was happening. Then it all made sense.
A lampoon party is a formal event, there was a heatwave on that day, so the guests were dressed in formal attire, and there were fireplaces on at the venue. I didn't see my sim overheating because he's got weatherproof traits. I thought "That's a genius idea, wish I had thought of that myself!" but I did feel bad for the little kid who got roasted (literally) by guests and then died of heat exhaustion. I had my sim plead for her but she wasn't spared, they had never met before but I thought she should be spared. I'm usually an anything goes type of player but I don't go out of my way to bully little kids or find ways to kill them. It was a series of circumstances the game did, no input from me. (formal party, heatwave, fireplaces) I am totally going to do that myself but I'm not planning on inviting any kids, haha.
