Do you give other sim households careers? Should I?

I just rebuilt a brand new save file, pulling sims and buiildings and making new ones - filling eeeeeevery lot into a new save file - and I'm FINALLY done after nearly a month. Thing is now I'm sitti...

When a certain path I want them to be on I do but mostly not, for example if I make a young adult celebrity I'll put them in the style influencer career
