Actually one thing I never thought about is will the game change their careers if I'm not playing them? Like the game used to be notorious for going in and totally altering played households you switched from.
I know it draws from townies/non played households to fill vender positions ect but if I give like 10 diff households all careers will they all still have them when I switch back still or does the game still alter things for played households?
Also DO sims progress in their careers if they aren't played be it townies or your households (obviously not your current one)?
