If I'm not using them I don't do anything. But if they marry into one of my families I will give them a style makeover. The only sims I do a full edit mode makeover are the premade children and toddlers if they grow up looking bizarre. Evie Delgato needed one, and Lucas Munch needed a few tweaks. But for everyone else, I stop at changing hair, makeup and clothes.
