Do you give your sims a different hairstyle for bedtime?

Only sometimes.

Occasionally, if I can be bothered to fiddle with it, I'll have a few different styles for different things (sleep, partying, exercise) but more often than not I don't.

Yes, for the most part.

I usually want my Sims to look the same all the time. Often I just have them take off their shoes and go to bed wearing their everyday outfit. The only category I always change clothing for is swimming. It's very rare for a Sim to have more than one hairstyle in my world.

Sometimes. It depends on the hairstyle and if there are other styles that look like the same hair.

If the females' hair looks like it would be uncomfortable sleeping on it, yes the hair comes down, matching whether they have bangs or not. Athletic and swimming styles have long hair up somehow, either messy, ponytail or braids to keep it out of their way while active. Party and formal usually have the fancier styles, again matching whether or not bangs.

For the males - no, but on the females, I will unless it is a style where it doesn't matter, such as the shorter hairstyles.

I almost always do this with female sims as they usually have long hair or updos during the day but with male sims it's really only if they have the ponytail or man bun styles.

? Glad I’m not the only one. I’ll be sitting there squinting at a “bedtime style” for a minute and then it’s always, “Nope, that’s not how it would look.” Lol.

My Sims also don't wear make-up to bed.
