Do you keep your decorations in family inventory or rebuy each holiday?

I got seasons with the Get Famous expansion, so this is all new to me and I'm struggling to decide whether to take the time to store and re-use decorations or just use the lovely build mode hammer to ...

@SimTresa, that's actually what I was mostly doing. I don't see that as a 5th option though, more like it falls under option 1 except without using the family inventory. I guess I shouldn't have worded the option quite so specifically.
