Typically I don't let them graduate early, it affects them being able to do the valedictorian speech or attend graduation, they're limited in the number of jobs they're eligible for, and I think even in uni they're not eligible for the some of the extracurricular activities like joining debate team. It doesn't seem to be as much of a benefit to graduating early.
