There are two separate packages in the rar-file, so you can disable just brawl day and keep prank day:

The mod is called skilldaytweak, you will have to scroll down a bit.
@Sigzy05 : There's also a mod that disables bear, alien and knight night at the bar completely:

The mod is called lessbarnights.
The special bar nights can also be disabled with MCCC if anyone's interested.
