I don't have all the packs so I can't speak for the ones I haven't interacted with - but I would love more and to have them... have more of an impact on sims and gameplay in general.
Risk of life and death would be cool for some, maybe in JA, the one in Oasis Springs - such as if you tried it with not enough skill it would have an adverse effect vs if you tried it with higher or max skill (for example)
