@Midevil_Chaos My certificates are for all my old IT/Microsoft Courses. Local government loves it's training courses.
I think this may be why my Sims are mostly self employed lol. Less training and more doing. Mind you, I never let them have time off and give them moodlet solvers to keep them working. So I'm a harsh employer/creator.
