Do You Own Outdoor Retreat?

I use it quite a bit but mostly for an artist's retreat (have easels scattered around one of the small lots so my Sims can paint by reference. Also use it for a couple's retreat since I've got a massage center, and I also have a restaurant. I just recently topped off the Herbalism skill so I'm working on creating potions to take to Selvadorada; I also finally finished the Gardening aspiration since it makes Sims immunie to fire, so I want to see if that works with any fire traps.
