I don't. It was sort of tedious in Sims 3. And I don't buy stuff packs. Enough of it in real life. I do real laundry everyday. Found a real apartment without any place to put a washing machine. The landlord asked innocently, "Is it really important to you?" My goodness, when you have a family, especially a baby, yes! You don't have time to go to a laundromat everyday! And it would cost a fortune. So, yeah, family sims should have one, lol.
