I do for homes my sims will live in. For builds I upload to the gallery and don't intend to play, I've been putting in a fake laundry room (using other objects for the washing machine & dryer and the non-laundry day hamper). That way players who have Laundry Day and want to do laundry they can do a quick update to the room and just replace the machines and hamper. If they don't have Laundry Day or don't want to do laundry they can keep the room or just reuse it for skilling objects or a nursery.
