I chose the answer "a little bit of clutter", but I thought of that as in the beginning, when getting a new house. I only want there to be some clutter, so my sims can add their own and make the house their own. Later on playing the family my answer might be closer to "clutter in reasonable amounts". I don't use MOO though, so that sets some limits.
