No I don't think so. I think if they ever give cars it would be an object you can work on at home and not really take anywhere. Unless they did it like the modders with the bikes.
And that either they won't do it until the game is literally being phased out more, like they said they'd keep looking after it but we know what's been happening with sims 3 I'm still missing content. So they'd likely drop it once they think ppl will go to sims 5, just in case ppl hate it, and say well look we have better ones in the new game.
Or they will add them without any fanfare at all. Just drop a gameplay object in a patch, you'll find out after. And that's how you'll get it. But I honestly don't think that's what this is. It's probably apartments or something.
