I think it's very underwhelming. It had a rough start and hasn't done very much to change that. I think it's mismanaged, but I can't say if it's a failure. If it was a failure it would have been cut already. However, just because they continue developing new content does not mean it will improve over time. Realistically, they will need to step up their game.
