You have to include the players who chose not to buy Sims 4/not play it if you want to get a cleared picture of the true proportion of happy vs sad simmers.
You can't just make a valid statement of a general opinion towards The Sims 4 over unhappy posts + people who didn't buy it VS people playing the game, you actually have to go into detail and look at their opinion of the game, whether they like, don't or even knows of it's existence or if they've even formed an opinion on it.
