If you buy a copy of TS2 from eBay or Amazon and you have the game code it may be possible for you to still get TS2 ultimate collection. Ir was offered to me by customer service as little as a couple of months ago. (I already had it though) I've seen some players say they have gotten it recently. Sometimes you may have to call back more than once as it seems to depend on who you talk to.
