Well, I wouldn't rule it out as a possibility. Vampires and Werewolves were in the previous Sims games, being the Sims 2 and 3. Since Vampires have appeared in 4 and with an apparent Werewolf statue somewhere in Forgotten Hollow? ( Correct me if I'm wrong )
I certainly wouldn't be surprised if they're found in surveys and game coding.
Personally, I'm mixed on them. I do want Werewolves, but so far, they've been quite lame. I did end up enjoying the Vampires from the Sims 3, but I knew they could've been fleshed out. The Sims 4 delivered with that, so I hope the same happens to them.
And maybe ditch the "furry" look with Werewolves and go for something a little more like this:
