Do you turn on aging?

As someone who always plays with aging off, I'm curious how many simmers play with aging on vs aging off. What would you consider your preferred setting and why? I know there are a lot of options, but I tried to make the poll inclusive of all the options. Apologies if someone has already done a poll like this, I looked for one and couldn't find any.

    I'm always shifting. I usually begin a household with aging off to get them established (basic skills, relationships with neighbors), then normal-age through babies and infants, and once they have children and teenagers I shift into long.
