Mostly resetsim when someone gets stuck. Sometimes, I use testing cheats to get some landscaping from buydebug or to enter full CAS to apply CC bodyhair and/or other details when a sim reaches teen/YA. I don't use money cheat or anything that would work as a shortcut, as the game is easy enough asi it is.
