Do you use lot traits?
It depends on the lot and household I'm playing but not all the time

I've found them useful as a story aid for my Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children scenario.
Meadow Thayer is my I see dead people child.
So the Haunted trait is being used to attract ghosts.

I also have Cat Sims--illegal human/cat genetic experiments liberated from a mad scientist.
They are attracting the areas stray cats.

They are good for a little Scenario Immersion buffing.
I can turn them off when they get to annoying. Yeah, those cats can get really annoying.
