Do you use lot traits?

Traits such as "Bracing Breezes," "Natural Light," "Sunny Aspect" are all completely pointless mood buffs. The game is easy enough as is, I don't need more positive mood buffs all the time. I do enjoy "Cursed," "Haunted," and "Filthy," since they add more consequences to the game and make it more entertaining. I also like the "Needs TLC" trait, but I don't understand why it's restricted to 1 apartment, since it's a genuinely entertaining trait; I'd love to use that trait with some of my regular houses.

Bracing Breezes and Natural Light boost how quickly your sims gain skills on that lot. For Bracing Breezes it's athletic, and for Natural Light, it's painting. Possibly some other skills too, not sure.
