Do you use lot traits?

Always but the whims linked to the 'art studio' or whatever trait are bugged, and it's never filled by painting or playing music...

I usually use lot traits that give me bonus moodlets or boost my quality of paintings, food, etc.

I use traits to fit the people who live there. For example, if I want to have a close family, I might use On Ley Lane (or whatever it's called, I don't really remember if this is right)!

I always forget that they exist, or feel like they aren't as useful for my homes as I play, but after reading some of these responses, I may make more of an effort to incorporate them.

Absolutely. All sim homes have the homey trait and the rest depends on the type of family... skill wise or breeding wise.

Yes, I wish they had more. I tend to use the same ones a lot.

usually i just use like the same 3 of them and i never branch out to other ones
