Do you use lot traits?

I only selected sometimes because I tend to forget they exist, but I do like them a lot.

Yes! Especially since I downloaded an "entrance fee" mod trait so it's like my sims have to pay a cover if they go to a club.

I want to make one a dog friendly place and have a crazy old lady that just takes care of the dogs. Basically me when I get old hahaha

I use some of them occasionally. Personally, I think a lot of the lot traits are just boring. Traits such as "Bracing Breezes," "Natural Light," "Sunny Aspect" are all completely pointless mood buffs. The game is easy enough as is, I don't need more positive mood buffs all the time. I do enjoy "Cursed," "Haunted," and "Filthy," since they add more consequences to the game and make it more entertaining. I also like the "Needs TLC" trait, but I don't understand why it's restricted to 1 apartment, since it's a genuinely entertaining trait; I'd love to use that trait with some of my regular houses.

Bracing Breezes and Natural Light boost how quickly your sims gain skills on that lot. For Bracing Breezes it's athletic, and for Natural Light, it's painting. Possibly some other skills too, not sure.

I only use them for community lots, and each lot can only get one trait.

I use them when I want to create a miserable place for my Sims :smiley: I love the one when everything breaks and it adds a layer of difficulty to my Sims lives.

Always, on every lot. 90% has three traits, some has only two.

Yes, always. For households I'm using Convival, Homey, Fast internet or Science lair. For publics lot I'm using different traist, depending on the type of the lot (e.g. for gym it's bracing breezes, for park or museum natural light,...).

Yes! Well...at first I didn't (because I forgot that they were there) However, after a while I started using them and now I use them all the time! My favourites are Homey, Fast Internet and Natural Light :)
